Preparation Process
Rea Kombucha ferments in small batches for three weeks until most of the added sugar gets consumed by the SCOBY; the funky-looking bacteria living inside it.
It is then flavored with handcrafted natural concentrations made with fruit, herbs, and spices, which add complexity to the taste. The Kombucha is then fermented for few days longer until it becomes fizzy and delicious!.
Health benefits
Due to the long fermentation process, Rea Kombucha is loaded with probiotics that are known to regulate digestion, reduce bloating, and cure constipation. It is also rich in vitamin B12, which supports mood, nerves, and blood health.
