What’s included in this plan?
This plan is a 12 weeks program that offers a comprehensive diet and lifestyle program customized to suit your needs according to your Dosha. It includes an in-depth consultation, an online program, and 6x sessions with Yara.
In-depth Consultation (90x Min)
During this, we will find out your mind-body type (Dosha), address your current imbalances, discuss your health goal, what is getting in your way to achieving it, and the steps we should take to reach that goal.
Personalized Diet & Lifestyle Plan
You will get access to an online program tailored especially for you! This plan includes the diet, routines, exercise, and lifestyle habits that will help you get the results you want! It’s a step-by-step guide, that is easy for you to understand and follow.
6 Support Sessions (40 Min | Biweekly)
Every two weeks, we will meet for a check-in session to discuss how you feel, answer your questions, set small tasks and revise them, modify your program, and keep you accountable and focused on your goal.
