Imbalanced State

When out of balance, the Tridoshic type can demonstrate the problems of any of the three doshas. Vata is the most unstable of the three energies, hence why it is usually the one susceptible to irregularities and is likely to get out of balance, either emotionally, mentally, or physically. It can cause dryness and emotional disturbance, which then manifest as anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues like constipation, or even loss of menstruations for females. Aggravated Pitta will cause inflammation, feelings of anger and frustration, skin issues, high acidity in the body, or a heavy flow for women during their periods. An unbalanced Kapha will cause stagnation, sluggishness, water retention, and accumulation of fluids, mucus, and toxins, either physically or emotionally.
